Gold Hills: Custom Built Estates Surrounded by a Championship Golf Course

To the Northeast of Redding you'll find a secluded few subdivisions off of Oasis Road. Gold Hills is known as the premier golf course in Shasta County, with the Gold Hills and Fairway Estates subdivisions nearby offering stunning custom homes and the country club lifestyle, with Tuscany Villas to the north, closer to Oasis Rd.

Gold Hills is unique in that all the homes are custom-built, rather than being a subdivision all built by one company. Each home was custom designed by those that bought the parcels and built by the builder of their choice. While a bit detached from the Redding city center, the area is only a short drive into town. It's just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, but not quite far enough away to be considered rural.
